THEORIES OF ASIAN ARCHITECTURE

The Theories of Asian Architecture (ARC60704) module, is structured as a series of lecture base classes to allow students to understand the theories of South, Southeast and East Asian Architecture in the aspect of architectural design and construction, building science and technology, and garden design and city planning through the themes: sustainability, globalization and tradition and modernity. Students will understand Asian architecture and be able to interpret Asian architectural languages.
